Professional trade show for all players in the food industry
With about 300 exhibitors and 8.500 visitors (statistics from latest edition) FoodTech manages to connect with the entire food industry in Scandinavia and Northern Germany. Interestingly, the visitors vary in profile from production operators and technicians to engineers, management and executives. The represented industry branches are equally diverse: think about dairy, bread and pastry, meat products, beverages, fishing – but also food processing, packaging, chemistry, R&D etc.

Consequentially, the trade show has a lot to offer. The numerous exhibition stands of important players in the food market form the first section. After that, you will be able to gain valuable knowledge whilst getting inspired through challenging activities, lectures and conferences. A new addition this year is the Tech City concept. Tech City is the innovative and creative concept where all players from the food industry come together. Including, among others, The school (IFC World Congress about sustainable use of water), The factory (innovative competition for students), The companies (open panel meetings with experts from the sector), The shops, The café etc.
